Welcome to CompetencePath. These Terms of Service govern your use of Workforce skills development training services, information products, and goods offered at competencepath.biz. By accessing or purchasing any of our offerings, you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
- Services: live or virtual training sessions, workshops, coaching, or consulting related to workforce skills development.
- Information Products: digital courses, e-books, templates, recorded webinars, and other downloadable materials.
- Goods: physical items, printed materials, or equipment sold on competencepath.biz.
3. Service Provision
All Services are delivered by CompetencePath trainers and facilitators with expertise in workforce skills development. Dates, times, and formats will be confirmed upon registration.
4. Purchase Process
To enroll in a Service, obtain an Information Product, or order a Good, you must complete the checkout process on competencepath.biz. You agree to provide accurate contact details and accept responsibility for all fees charged to your account.
5. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure satisfaction with every offering. Refund eligibility and methods vary by type:
5.1 Services
- Cancellation by Client: You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled Service date. Requests received later are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another date within 6 months subject to availability.
- Cancellation by CompetencePath: If we cancel a Service, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another session.
- Processing: Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days.
5.2 Information Products
- Right of Withdrawal: You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of download activation. To request a refund, contact us before beginning any course material.
- Non-Refundable Conditions: If you have accessed more than 20% of the content, the purchase is final and not refundable.
- Processing: Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days.
5.3 Goods
- Returns: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or wrong.
- Processing: Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled once without penalty up to 7 days before the original date. Requests must be made in writing to Contact us. Additional rescheduling may incur fees.
7. No Refund Explanation
Certain promotions, custom engagements, or consulting packages are expressly non-refundable. These offerings involve preparatory work, seat reservation, or customization that preclude refund eligibility. CompetencePath commits to delivering agreed scope and will make every effort to accommodate reasonable adjustments.

9. Governing Law
